Trott Joins Coldwell Banker

SOUTH DEERFIELD — Brody Trott, a native of Montague, has joined Coldwell Banker Community Realtors as a licensed real estate agent. Trott has deep roots in the local community, attending Turners Falls High School and currently serving as a firefighter/EMT with the Turners Falls Fire Department.

After spending five years as a veterinary technician and pursuing studies in veterinary medicine, Trott realized that his passion lay elsewhere. This led him to transfer to the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management, where he is set to graduate in the spring of 2025 with a degree in business finance.

It was during his time at UMass that Trott’s interest in real estate began to take shape. Initially, he immersed himself in real estate podcasts like “Bigger Pockets” and discussions around financial freedom through rental properties. What started as casual listening quickly grew into a full-fledged commitment to learning every facet of the real estate industry.

Trott is a member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, the National Association of Realtors, and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. As a realtor with Coldwell Banker, his primary focus will be residential real estate in Franklin and Hampshire counties.
